We offer a range of rubber linings, including Cured Rubber, Chemical Cured Rubber, and Steam curred Rubber, tailored to meet the demanding needs of various industries. Steam cured rubber
All steam-cured rubber processes are conducted exclusively at our workshop, as the autoclave required for curing is located at workshop.
The types of rubbers utilized for steam-cured applications include soft natural rubber ( Shore 40, 50, 70), Butyl rubber, Nitrile rubber, Pulley lagging rubber, Ebonite, and food-grade rubber.

Chemical curred rubber
​Chemical-curred rubber can be applied both at the workshop and on-site, ensuring flexibility and convenience for project requirements.
The types of rubbers used for chemically cured applications typically include various Shore hardness grades such as 40 Shore, 50 Shore, and 70 Shore, among others, depending on the specific mechanical and chemical requirements of the application

​The cured rubber can be up to 40mm thick; however, this is not limited to that dimension.
Sand blasting, hydroblasting and painting
​Sandblasting and painting services can be performed both at our workshop and on-site (to customer spesification), whereas hydroblasting is exclusively available for on-site.
For cured rubber applications, a variety of materials are utilized, including Butyl, Nitrile, Pully Lagging, Ebonite, Food Grade, EPDM, and other specialized compounds to meet specific performance requirements.
